BODY & FRAME:

We have a full service body and paint shop.

• Media blasting.
• Phosphate treatment.
• Rust damage repair.
• Patch panel fabrication.
• Epoxy primer.
• Military enamel or your color choice base/clear urethane paint system, buffed to high gloss.
• Full service glass replacement, clear or tinted.

All items above are done 100% body off frame, reassembled using new grade 8 hardware, isolator mounts, and all new weather stripping.

ELECTRICAL:

NOW AVAILABLE; 24-VOLT ALL ELECTRONIC INGNITION MODULES.
Our line of 24-volt electronic ignition modules is now expanded to cover both 4 and 6 cylinder military distributors. This covers all Jeeps & trucks with military standard waterproof distributors.
We also stock 6 &12 volt electronic ignition modules for early series non-waterproof distributors. All modules carry a 30-month manufacturer's warranty. 24-volt units are $155.00 each + $12.00 shipping & insurance. Cost is slightly higher on 6 & 12 volt units depending on the model.

CUSTOM WIRING HARNESS:

We build all wiring in house using premium quality GXL wire to meet the need at hand. All original or specialty systems often needed in fire and other emergency vehicle applications are no problem. Special application interior or exterior switching/monitoring panels also available and are custom built in house.

OPTIONS FOR M35 AND VARIANTS:

CUMMINS DIESEL ENGINES, 5.9 liter, up to 192 horsepower, or 6.7 liter electronic ECM controlled engine, variable horsepower ranges available with these.

UPGRADED 5-SPEED OD TRANSMISSION, enhanced internal components offer smooth shifting, quiet operation, and a .69 5th gear overdrive. Available with or without a PTO unit.

CUSTOM BUILT ELECTRICAL:

Original 24-volt systems, full 12-volt conversion systems, or 12 / 24 volt combination systems. We can custom design electrical to meet any need. Call for details (704-474-4683)

ARB AIR LOCKING DIFFERENTIALS:

Can be installed in both front and rear axles or rear axles only.

DUAL CIRCUIT BRAKE SYSTEM:

This upgrade offers a separate fluid circuit system for front a rear brakes. Call for details (704-474-4683)

Custom Built Engines

This engine has a custom cam grind, dual 2 barrel carburetors, custom intake, and exhaust headers. Our main goal with this build was to increase torque, also picked up 40 additional horsepower.

Options for Dodge M37 and variants.
Civilian Dodge Power Wagons, models WDX- WM300.

• Cummins diesel engine: 4BTA Re-Con engines, 4 cylinder turbo charged and after cooled 130 horsepower. 12 or 24 volt electrical. Cummins Re-Con engines carry the same warranty as their new engines.
• Cummins diesel engine, 4.5 liter all electronic, Brand new, 160 horsepower, with a 20% torque increase over the 4BTA engines. 12 volt electrical only with this engine.
• NP-200 transfer case, with a cooling system. Features a 12 or 24 volt pump, cooling core with electric fan, and a spin-on oil filter. On dash monitoring system including an oil temperature gauge, and pilot lamp for monitoring pump and cooling fan functions. This system offers the oil cooling necessary for heavy hauling, towing, and sustained operation at on highway speeds. All system components are protected from damage by expanded metal shielding.
• 5- speed overdrive transmission used with all Cummins repower engines.
• 2 or 4 wheel, full power disc brake systems for WC, M37, and Power Wagon.
• Differentials, fully rebuilt with standard 5.83, or increase ground speed with 4.89, or 4.30 gearing.
• ARB AIR-LOCKER can be engaged / disengaged with the flip of a switch. Offers full positive traction for extreme off road, and standard open differential operation for on highway.
